Payment & Refund Policy

This page outlines the payment options and policies for purchasing artwork on my website.

Accepted Payment Methods:​

• PayPal: You can use your PayPal account to make a secure payment.

• Revolut Transfer: Also a secure payment for all international transfers.

• Bank Transfer: For your convenience, bank transfers are accepted.

• Credit and Debit Cards are not yet accepted. We are working to include this option eventually.

Payment Processing:

• All prices are in USD, but payments can also be processed in the following currencies: GBP, or EUR.

• Your order will not be confirmed until the payment is successfully processed.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and payment is received.

Refunds and Returns:

• Due to the nature of these bespoke and original artwork, all sales are final.

• I am happy to answer any questions you may have about a piece before you purchase it.

• I reserve the right to modify this payment policy at any time without prior notice.

• By placing an order on this website, you agree to our general terms and conditions.

Deliveries

Please add an additional £20 for international deliveries. Your portrait will be sent tracked, the additional cost will be charged to your final invoice.

Please also keep in mind there may be an additional custom tax / duties charge to your parcel once it arrives, which will be your responsibility to settle.
